高压共轨系统循环喷油量波动交互作用分析

摘要: 参数变化影响高压共轨系统循环喷油量稳定性,从而影响其所匹配柴油机工作的一致性和可靠性。本文基于键合图理论建立了共轨管-高压油管-电控喷油器数值模型,与试验测量结果对比表明该模型具有较高的准确性。利用试验设计方法制定了试验研究方案,得到了循环喷油量波动响应面模型,并证明了该模型对循环喷油量波动预测效果显著。基于响应面方法分析了参数间交互作用对循环喷油量波动的影响,研究表明进油节流孔直径与喷孔直径、进油节流孔直径与针阀升程、喷孔直径与控制阀复位弹簧预紧力、喷孔直径与针阀升程、控制阀复位弹簧预紧力与针阀升程间交互作用对系统循环喷油量波动有显著影响,为高压共轨系统数值建模和优化设计提供了理论指导和借鉴。

Abstract: The fuel injection quantity stability of high pressure common rail system is influenced by the variation of parameter, which affects the working consistency and reliability of the diesel engines that installed the injection system. In this paper, a numerical model including common rail, high pressure fuel pipeline and injector is proposed based on bond graph theory. The experimental results show that the model has a high accuracy. The investigation scheme is conducted using experiment design method, and the fuel injection quantity fluctuation response surface model is obtained which can predict the fuel injection quantity fluctuation well. The interactions between parameters on fuel injection quantity fluctuation are analyzed based on response surface method. The results indicate that the interaction between inlet orifice diameter and nozzle hole diameter, inlet orifice diameter and needle lift, nozzle hole diameter and control valve reset spring pretightening force, nozzle hole diameter and needle lift, control valve reset spring pretightening force and needle lift have significance effect on fuel injection quantity fluctuation. This work can provide theoretical guidance and reference for the numerical modeling and optimal design of high pressure common rail system.
