基于仿真的鞭打试验影响因素分析

摘要: 为了获得汽车座椅一些关键因素对鞭打试验结果影响的规律,采用了计算机仿真与试验相结合的研究方法。先把鞭打试验结果与仿真结果进行了对比,在确保计算机仿真可行且具备一定准确性的基础上再进行后面的多伦仿真计算。结果表明:计算机仿真分析进行座椅鞭打试验研究是可行的且具有一定的准确性。通过大量仿真分析获知靠背刚度越小及其转动刚度越大越有利于鞭打试验得分,靠背刚度比其转动刚度影响更明显;头枕刚度及其转动刚度越大越有利于鞭打试验得分,头枕转动刚度影响更明显;头枕越高及头后间隙越小越有利于鞭打试验得分。

Abstract: In order to obtain the law of the influence of some key factors of the car seat on the whiplash test results, a research method combining computer simulation and experiment was adopted. Firstly, the whiplash test results are compared with the simulation results, and the subsequent multi-run simulation calculation is carried out on the basis of ensuring that the computer simulation is feasible and has certain accuracy. The results show that the computer simulation analysis of the seat whiplash test is feasible and has certain accuracy. Through a large number of simulation analysis, it is known that the smaller the backrest stiffness and the greater the rotational stiffness, the better the whiplash test score, and the backrest stiffness is more obvious than the rotational stiffness. The greater the stiffness of the headrest and its rotational stiffness, the better the score of the whiplash test and the impact of the headrest rotation stiffness is more obvious. The higher the headrest and the smaller the headrest back gap, the better the whipping test score.
