基于LuGre模型的商用车转向盘操纵阻力矩研究

摘要: 为了研究商用车转向盘操纵阻力矩,本文在商用车转向动力学分析中引入了LuGre模型,建立了轮胎回正力矩和转向摩擦阻力矩模型,在此基础上建立了整车转向盘操纵阻力矩模型。借助该模型对CA1045轻卡转向盘操纵阻力矩与转向角、车速的关系规律进行了研究,仿真分析与实车试验数据对比表明,仿真分析与试验数据偏差在5 N·m以内。

Abstract: To study the steering resistance torque of the steering wheel of a commercial truck, the LuGre Model is introduced into dynamic analysis of a steering truck. The model of tire aligning torque, steering friction resistance torque of tire, and the steering resistance torque model of vehicle steering wheel are established to analyze the relationship among steering resistance torque, steering angle and vehicle speed of CA1045 light truck, showing that the difference between simulation results and test data is less than 5N·m.
