双质量飞轮扭转特性分析与整车试验研究

摘要: 本文针对双质量飞轮的性能展开台架与整车试验研究。首先分析了扭转角度对双质量飞轮静态扭转刚度的影响;其次对双质量飞轮样件进行台架试验,通过台架试验验证理论分析的正确性以及其刚度值满足设计刚度;最后对双质量飞轮开展实车道路试验,分别获得怠速、匀速、加速、减速多工况下双质量飞轮对传动系扭振的减振性能。试验结果表明,双质量飞轮在各个工况下对传动系扭振都有着明显衰减效果;稳态工况(怠速、匀速)下发动机扭转振动较小,双质量飞轮扭振衰减幅度约50%左右;非稳态工况(加、减速工况)下发动机扭转振动变大,同时双质量飞轮的减振性能也提高,扭振衰减幅度约80%。

Abstract: This paper studied the torsional vibration performance of dual mass flywheel under different conditions of automobile vehicle. Firstly, the influence of torsion angle on the static torsional stiffness of dual mass flywheel was analyzed. Secondly, the bench test of the dual mass flywheel sample was carried out to verify the validity of the theory. Finally, the road test of the dual mass flywheel was carried out to obtain the torsional vibration damping performance of the dual mass flywheel in the transmission system under different conditions. The test results show that the dual mass flywheel has obvious damped effects on torsional vibration of the transmission system under various operating conditions. Under steady-state conditions (idle, uniform speed), the torsional vibration of the engine is small, and the torsional vibration attenuation of the dual mass flywheel is about 50%; Under the unsteady condition (accelerating and decelerating), the torsional vibration of the engine becomes larger, and the torsional vibration attenuation performance of the dual mass flywheel is also improved. The torsional vibration attenuation is about 80%.
