Abstract: For early predicting the fatigue failure defects of vehicle in shipping process in early stage of vehicle development, a test rig for the simulation of car shipping on truck is constructed, its test method is worked out and the test is conducted. The failure mode of vehicle components in durability test is compared with that in the real process of car shipping on truck and the results verify the effectiveness of simulation test method for car shipping on truck.
