出风道结构改进对汽车除霜性能的影响分析*

摘要: 冬季汽车风窗玻璃除霜效果对车辆行车安全和驾驶舒适感至关重要。利用CFD与实验相结合的分析方法,研究某款车型开发过程中配备传统发动机或纯电动系统时,出风道结构特征对整车除霜性能的影响,特别是出风格栅相对风窗玻璃的碰撞角Φ对除霜效果的影响。通过实验对比了不同出风冲击角和温升规律下的除霜效果,验证了结构改进的有效性。

Abstract: Defrosting effects of windshield is very important for vehicle driving safety and comfort in winter. Through CFD simulation and experiments, this paper aims at studying the effects of outlet duct structure, in particular, the impact angle, i.e. the inclined angle of outlet grid relative to windshield, on the defrosting performance of a sedan under development and equipped with traditional engine or pure electric system. The defrosting effects with different impact angles and temperature rise patterns are compared, verifying the effectiveness of structural modification
