摘要: 本文中提出一种基于能量ridedown效率分析的乘员约束系统优化方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建ridedown效率的能量计算模型,并在此基础上分别寻找约束系统参数与乘员能量ridedown效率和乘员伤害之间的关系,搭建乘员伤害代理模型并对代理模型进行优化,结果表明:优化后的乘员伤害WIC值为0.365 8,比原车模型的WIC值0.387 6降低了5.62%。

Abstract: An optimization method for vehicle occupant restraint system is proposed based on energy ridedown efficiency analysis in this paper. Firstly MATLAB/Simulink software is used to set up a ridedown efficiency-based energy calculation model. Then on this basis, the relationships between restraint system parameters and the energy ridedown efficiency and injuries of occupant are found. Finally the surrogate model for occupant injury is built, on which an optimization is conducted with a result showing that after optimization the WIC value of occupant injury is 0.365 8, and compared with that (0.387 6) for original model, WID reduces by 5.62%
