低黏度润滑油对汽油机经济性及耐久性能影响研究

摘要: 利用发动机台架试验对比了测试油SN 0W20与参比油SM 5W30对发动机燃油经济性的影响,结果表明,采用低黏度润滑油能降低整机的机械摩擦损失约34%~57%,全工况燃油消耗率降低1%~35%。使用低黏度SN 0W20润滑油进行耐久试验,耐久试验后发动机性能进行测试和润滑油理化指标与元素含量分析的结果表明,发动机耐久试验后各摩擦副磨损量较小,性能下降幅度在正常范围内,0W20黏度等级可满足发动机耐久性要求。

Abstract:

The effects of test oil SN 0W20 and reference oil SM 5W30 on the fuel economy of engine are compared by engine bench test. The results show that the use of lubricating oil with low viscosity can reduce the mechanical friction loss of engine by about 34% to 57%. The average specific fuel consumption in all conditions decreases by 1% to 35%. A durability test with the low viscosity lubricant SN 0W20 is conducted and after that the performances of engine is tested and the physical and chemical indexes and element contents of lubricating oil are analyzed. The results show that after the durability test of engine, the wear amounts of all friction pairs are relatively little, the extent of performance decline is within the normal range, indicating that the viscosity grade of SN0W20 can meet the requirements of engine durability.
