摘要: 气门间隙和气门升程是发动机配气机构中重要的两个检测项,其在线测量方法的科学性能综合反映发动机配气机构在加工和装配过程中的加工精度、装配精度等关键指标的精准度,通过对这两个关键参数测量方法的分析,研究了测量方案的设计特点和对产品质量控制的意义,同时为类似零部件的测量选型方案提供参考。

Abstract: Valve clearance and valve lift are two important inspection items in engine valve-train. The scientificity of the online measuring method can comprehensively reflect the accuracy of the key indicators such as machining accuracy and assembly accuracy of the engine valve-train in the process of machining and assembly. Based on the analysis of the measurement methods of the two key parameters, the design characteristics of the measurement scheme and its significance to product quality control are studied. At the same time, it provides a reference for similar parts measurement selection scheme
