摘要: 以正面40%重叠可变形壁障碰撞为例,采用试验设计、RBF近似模型和多目标可靠性分析方法,对车身结构参数进行多目标可靠性优化。结果表明:优化后的车身结构满足耐撞性和轻量化要求,同时提高了结构可靠性,为车身结构设计提供了有效的参考。

Abstract: With a frontal 40% overlap deformable barrier crash as example, a multiobjective reliability optimization on the structure parameters of car body is conducted by using technologies of the design of experiment, RBF metamodel and multiobjective reliability analysis. The results show that after optimization, the structure of car body meets the requirements of crashworthiness and lightweighting, with the reliability of structure enhanced, providing an effective reference for the design of car body structure.
