基于仿生导流罩的厢式货车减阻研究*

A Research on Drag Reduction of a Van-type Truck with a Bionic Cab-roof Fairing

摘要: 为降低某厢式货车的气动阻力,设计了6款驾驶室导流罩结构,加在厢式货车模型上进行空气动力特性的数值模拟,得到了货车模型外流场的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布等气动特性,详细分析了不同导流罩的减阻机理。在此基础上,通过模仿海豹的头部形状设计了一款仿生导流罩,安装在整车上进行数值模拟,对其减阻性能进行分析。结果表明:先行设计的6款导流罩均具有一定的减阻效果,但模仿海豹头部形状设计的仿生导流罩可大幅度改善驾驶室顶部的流场结构,减阻效果更好,其阻力系数比原始货车模型降低31.1%。

Abstract: In order to reduce the aerodynamic resistance of a van-type truck, six cab-roof fairings are designed and added on the truck model to conduct a numerical simulation on their aerodynamic characteristics, with the distributions of velocity, pressure and turbulent kinetic energy in the exterior flow field of truck model obtained, and the drag reduction mechanism of different fairings are analyzed in detail. On this basis, a bionic cab-roof fairing is designed by mimicking the head shape of a seal, and its drag reduction performance on truck is simulated. The results show that all six cab-roof fairings previously designed have a certain effects of drag reduction, but the bionic cab-roof fairing designed later can greatly improve the flow field structure at cab-roof and has better drag reduction effect, with a drag coefficient 31.1% lower than that of original truck model
