Research on Thermal Runaway Mechanism and Safety Risk Control Method of Power Battery in New-Energy Vehicles

Abstract:

Aiming at the thermal runaway and safety risk of the power batteries for new energy vehicles, the research status quo and latest progress of power battery safety issues are summarized in this paper by analyzing the existing power battery safety control methods, proceeding from the induction and reaction mechanism of thermal runaway. The main problems existed in current power battery safety control research are analyzed, and the development trend of the safety risk control technology of new-energy vehicles is pointed out, so as to promote the enhancement of the warning and control technology of power battery safety risk, to ensure the life and property safety of drivers and passengers, and to eliminate the safety anxiety of consumers, promoting the development of new-energy vehicle industry.
