摘要: 联盟评价是联盟机制不可缺少的关键环节,大数据是联盟评价的重要战略资源,面向大数据的联盟评价是新能源汽车联盟的研究热点。本文中基于云模型理论,提出了一种面向大数据的新能源汽车复杂联盟云评价方法。首先面向大数据建立新能源汽车联盟的评价模型,并运用逆向云发生器和云综合运算生成联盟评价指标评价云;其次在确定联盟评价指标权重云和任务权重云的基础上,运用云运算规则分别产生单任务联盟评价云和多任务复杂联盟评价云,并针对复杂联盟备选方案进行云评价和选优;最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract: A big data-oriented cloud evaluation method for the complex alliance of new energy vehicles is proposed in this paper based on cloud model theory. First of all, the big data-oriented evaluation model for new energy vehicle alliance is established and the alliance evaluation indicator cloud is generated by using reverse cloud generator and comprehensive cloud calculation. Then, on the basis of determining the weighting clouds of the evaluation indicators and tasks for the alliance, the evaluation clouds of both single-task alliance and multi-task complex alliance are created respectively by applying cloud computing rules, and cloud evaluation and optimization are performed on the alternative schemes of the complex alliance. Finally, a real example is given to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the method proposed.
