摘要: 针对汽车自动变速器阀体的自动化加工质量检测,本文中提出了一套基于工业内窥镜拍摄的自动化检测系统设计方案。该方案融合机械、电控、视觉、软件等多个模块,以实现自动化视觉检测;并进行系统关键部分的原型研发及拍摄测试。结果表明,系统能够有效完成阀孔内壁面的完整图像拍摄和缺陷特征提取,有助于提高检测精度,且数据整理方便,有助于提升工厂的自动化水平。

Abstract: For the automatic processing quality inspection of automobile automatic transmission valve body, a design scheme of automatic inspection system based on industrial endoscope photography is proposed. The scheme integrates several modules such as machinery, electronic control, vision and software, to realize automatic visual inspection, and prototype development and shooting test of key parts of the system are carried out. The results show that the system can effectively complete the full-view image shooting and defect feature extraction of the inner wall within the valve hole, which contributes to improve the detection accuracy, to facilitate data archiving, and finally to improve the automation level of the factory
