摘要: 为分析多轴重型汽车平衡轴总成的配合间隙对整车动力学的影响,以三轴重型汽车为例,建立了含有配合间隙的平衡轴总成非线性运动学模型和整车的非线性动力学模型。以正常行驶过程中路面对3个车轮的真实激励为输入,重点研究了车身的俯仰和车身与驾驶员竖直位移的动态特性。通过Matlab仿真,得到了在D级路面激励下的动态特性曲线,并与理想模型进行比较,结果表明平衡轴总成的配合间隙会使车身振动加剧。

Abstract: For analyzing the effects of the fitting clearance in the balancing axle of multiaxis heavy truck on vehicle dynamics, taking a threeaxle heavy truck as an example, and a nonlinear kinematical model for balancing axle assembly with fitting clearances and a nonlinear vehicle kinetics model are established. With the real road excitations on three wheels as inputs, the dynamic characteristics of vehicle body pitching and the vertical displacements of vehicle body and driver are emphatically studied. By a simulation with Matlab, the dynamic characteristics curves under the excitation of Dgrade road are obtained, which are then compared with those based on ideal model. The results show that the fitting clearances in balancing axle will intensify the vibration of vehicle body.
