侧面多腔室气囊的设计与优化研究*

A Research on the Design and Optimization of Multi-chamber Side Airbag

摘要: 针对国内某款车型在侧向碰撞过程中,侧面单腔室气囊发生击穿现象,提出了一种具有多腔室气体流率独立控制和二级缓冲功能的侧面多腔室气囊,并对其进行了仿真。结果表明:多腔室气囊消除了击穿现象,对乘员胸腹部保护效果良好。再利用正交试验对影响气囊保护效果的相关参数进行了优化。优化后,综合伤害指标C比优化前下降了14.77%,比原有气囊下降了31.35%,提升了侧面气囊的保护效果。

Abstract: In view of that the single-chamber side airbag of a vehicle made in China ‘broke down’ during side collision process, a multi-chamber side airbag with multi-chamber independent control and secondary buffering function is proposed and simulated. The results show that the novel multi-chamber side airbag has good protection effects of occupant’s thorax and abdomen with ‘break down’ phenomenon eliminated. Then orthogonal experiment is conducted to optimize the parameters related to the protection effect of airbag. After optimization the value of comprehensive injury indicator C reduces by 14.77% and is 31.35% lower than the original airbag, enhancing the protection effect of side airbag.
